If you have a job that makes you suit up Monday thru Friday, it can seem like all your extra time outside of work is spent pressing your clothes for work! It’s time for you to meet Effie – a new domestic appliance that will help you spend more time living and less time getting ready for work. 

Using a heat, steam and an internal pressing machine, it irons your clothes for you. Simply hang your clothes up straight from the washing machine, click go (or operate it directly from your smartphone!), and look sharp. It’s as simple as that.

Effie can take up to 12 items at once. Simply hang all of your garments up on the exposed rail, and after clicking go, sit back as each item is treated one by one. Don’t split your loads, don’t separate your colours, just take them straight from the washing machine and let them be dried and ironed.

The garments are treated with a patent pending pressing system that contacts your clothes to remove the wrinkles. It uses a perfect combination of heat and steam to ensure that it doesn’t burn or damage your clothes, but still leaves them creaseless and ready to wear.





Effie doesn’t need to be plumbed in to use it. Store it in the corner, and easily roll it to where you want to use it. This means no installation costs, no technicians – just get it home and let it take care of the ironing!

Your clothes need to be loaded onto Effie’s specially designed hangers. Each one can adjust to fit the size of the garment, and holds the item in exactly the right configuration to remove all of the creases.

Being aware of the fact that the entire CAPS(central admission processing system) process is still all new to JAMB candidates, most student may not see the need of visiting the portal at all, I for one has seen series cases whereby student tell themselves in various social media platform to forget about CAPS, in case you don’t know they are consequences when you decide not to accept your admission status on CAPS. The jamb registrar made it clear during the intensive briefing on CAPS that all student should/must visit  JAMB CAPS  after being given provisional admission by their institution of choice.
