Causes Of Low sperm Count(Oligospermia) And How To cure It







Having low sperm count can make it more difficult to conceive naturally, problems with sperm, including a low sperm count and problems with sperm quality are quite common. They’re a factor in around one in three couples who are struggling to get pregnant. Infertility is a widespread problem. For about one in five infertile couples the problem lies solely in the male partner.




REASONS why YOU have low sperm Count:
1. Varicocele, infection, antibodies that attack sperm, tumors, hormone imbalances, prior surgeries, industrial chemicals, heavy metal exposure, radiation or X-rays, overheating the testicles, alcohol, smoking.

2. Azoospermia is the Medical condition of a man whose Semen contains no sperm. It has a strong association with infertility. In humans, azoospermia affects about 1% of the male population and may be seen in up to 20% of male infertility situations.

Causes of Azoospermia. This will include;
Genetic conditions , infections, varicocele, smoking, drinking alcohol, and using illegal drugs. Others will include,
Soda drinks (Coke, Fanta, Pepsi). A few studies have also linked soda—both diet and regular to lower fertility.

Trans fats

High glycemic-index foods.

Low fat dairy.

Excess alcohol.




Unpasteurized soft cheeses.

Meat.

Raw animal products.
While processed meat products cause low quality sperm
