Causes Of Hormonal Imbalance
Do you feel pregnant and have pregnancy symptoms and then after a while your periods comes?
There are possible reasons why this happens.
1st reason: Pregnancy symptoms happens because of the high levels of hormones in pregnant women but sometimes due to hormonal fluctuations and imbalance, some women will have high levels of hormones in their bodies even when they are not pregnant. This makes them feel pregnant.
This hormonal imbalance also makes it difficult to get pregnant.
2nd possible reason: If your periods are irregular, there is also the possibility that you get pregnant and then lose the pregnancy. When you lose a pregnancy so early, it is called a chemical pregnancy. Because the pregnancy was only a few days/weeks, you might not know you were pregnant. You just think that your period was late. Many chemical pregnancies are also caused by hormonal imbalance. For instance, low progesterone to keep the baby healthy.
Whether it is the first or second reason, the root cause is hormonal imbalance and you can resolve hormonal imbalance by eating a healthy fertility diet, regular exercise, good sleep and so on.
