The meeting was held on Sunday 19th November 2017 at Kano Zoological Garden, Zoo road, Kano and the following matters were discussed

• The LG excos shold have an impromptu meeting with their excos to mobilize all the volunteers therein ready for the event at hand
• A t shirt and a cap was introduced to be used by the volunteers for the purpose of having singular identification during the event. Each t shirt and cap will be sold at N1,900
• Mobile and dextop view The house has set up an organizing committee under the chairmanship of organizing secretary to be composed of at least 50 members across the state.

Being aware of the fact that the entire CAPS(central admission processing system) process is still all new to JAMB candidates, most student may not see the need of visiting the portal at all, I for one has seen series cases whereby student tell themselves in various social media platform to forget about CAPS, in case you don’t know they are consequences when you decide not to accept your admission status on CAPS. The jamb registrar made it clear during the intensive briefing on CAPS that all student should/must visit  JAMB CAPS  after being given provisional admission by their institution of choice.
